VCNL4020X01 Automotive Qualified Proximity and Light Sensor

A fully integrated proximity and ambient light sensor, the AEC-Q101 qualified VCNL4020X01 combine an infrared emitter, I2C Interface, and the Interrupt function in a slim profile.

VCNL4020 has a 16-bit digital resolution, an integrated emitter, and programmable drive current ranging from 10 mA to 200 mA. Launched in a same rectangular slim package, it doesn't include the ambient light sensor.

TCxT13x0X01 Single and Dual Channel Transmissive Sensors

TCxT13x0X01 is a compact transmissive sensor that includes an infrared emitter and a phototransistor detector. The sensor is designed to meet high operating temperature requirements varying from (-) 40°C to (+) 125°C.

TCxT1600X01 Single and Dual Channel Transmissive Sensors with Turn and Push Function

Vishay's TCxT1600X01 is an AEC-Q101-qualified surface-mount transmissive optical sensor for industrial and automotive applications. The sensor incorporates an increased dome height for the code wheel in turn-and-push applications with more vertical headroom.
