Tamura introduces its new Gate Driver Module, the DM Series. The driver module series checks all boxes as far as the functionality requirements for insulated-gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs) and silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFETs are concerned.
In particular, Tamura’s next-generation gate driver module specifically emphasizes on common mode noise preventive measures. The new DM series gate drivers also provide the most efficient output drive capability with shortest propagation delay and increased system protection, for isolated power designs and uninterrupted power supplies.

Common Mode Noise Reduction
Imposing check on the common mode noise has been the top priority of Tamura in its DM series gate driver modules. With a stray capacity of around 15pF, including power supply, SiC MOSFET and IGBT Gate Drivers prevents malfunction and damages by restricting the stray capacity limit.
High Response Speed
Another key point of the DM series is its high speed performance. Adopting to magnetic coupling between the primary and secondary signal transmission, the gate driver generates a blazing speed response with a delay time of just 100 nsec.
